A self-contained first floor holiday flat for
2/4 people (non-smokers)
  Accommodation
 
Large Lounge:
Satellite Colour TV & VCR, table and chairs, balcony overlooking garden. A supply of books, videos and games are provided.
Bedroom:
 Twin beds, bedlinen and duvets provided, (changed weekly).
Bathroom:
 Bath & shower over, shaver point, towels provided.
Kitchen:
Microwave, cooker and fridge, fully equipped including iron, ironing board and hairdryer.
 
There is private parking, the flat is centrally heated throughout, (electric and heating included in the price), laundry and clothes drying by arrangement.

The flat is attached to a detached house (our own home), and reached by an exterior staircase. It has balconies front and rear overlooking the secluded garden of half an acre. It is completely self-contained with it's own entrance. The rear balcony has a small table and chairs.

Second double bedroom        
Complete with shower room, fridge, tv, microwave, and its own entrance, is available as a seperate unit or as part of the main flat complex with link door .
    
  Weekly bookings or short breaks are available, small well behaved dogs considered.

There is a private indoor swimming pool (which can be used by arrangement) and day cruises on the Thames on a private cruiser can also be arranged.
 

 		   Location
The flat is situated in a large garden on private estate, (where exterior filming was done for Fawlty Towers), approximately one mile from the Thames-side village of Bourne End, Buckinghamshire. Local attractions include Windsor, Hampton, Henley on Thames and Marlow on Thames. Train service from Bourne End or Beaconsfield to London. 2 or 3 miles from M4 and M40. A few minutes walk from local restaurants/ pubs. Bus service 300 yds.
